About the Role

The Talent Management Lead – Limagrain Vegetable Seeds (M/F) plays a pivotal role in shaping how Limagrain Vegetable Seeds attracts, develops, and retains talent in its organization across all geographies. Working with a dedicated team and partnering with HRDs and HR communities across regions, you will define and drive the LVS organizational development and talent management strategy in full alignment with Group Limagrain's HR Ambition 2030.

This is a business-line role with global scope, combining strategic design and operational execution, and requiring strong influence skills across a complex international matrix organization.

 

Location is flexible: this role can be based in Saint-Beauzire (France) or at one of the main vegetable sites of the business line - subject to discussion.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Development (OD) Strategy & Operating Model

  • Define and evolve the LVS OD strategy aligned to Group priorities.
  • Design and implement a scalable LVS OD operating model, including topic ownership, governance structure, and decision-making.
  • Own the LVS OD portfolio, ensuring simplification, prioritization, and value creation across the business line.
  • Ensure initiatives are sequenced and resourced in alignment with business strategy and capacity.

 

Culture, Engagement & Inclusion

  • Steward LVS culture and sense of belonging, in alignment with Limagrain Group principles.
  • Lead the engagement survey across the business line: coordinate deployment, support insight interpretation, and drive consistent action planning.
  • Partner with Limagrain Group on D&I strategy and guide HR teams in translating Group initiatives into practical, relevant action plans.

 

Organization & Leadership Transformation

  • Act as trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership capability, and change management.
  • Oversee large-scale change management for organizational transformations.
  • Serve as the LVS strategic interface to Limagrain Group on leadership frameworks and training.

 

Talent & Performance Management

  • Relay Group talent and performance frameworks into LVS, ensuring consistent and high-quality implementation.
  • Establish calibration and succession rhythms aligned with Group methodology.
  • Design and facilitate LVS-level talent forums (talent reviews, strategic workforce discussions, etc.).

 

Learning & Development

  • Act as the LVS strategic interface to Limagrain Group on learning programs, systems, and standards.
  • Harmonize leadership and development practices across the business line.
  • Monitor adoption, effectiveness, and ROI of learning initiatives, partnering with HRIS and Group stakeholders.
  • Work with senior leaders and HR partners to identify critical skills gaps and develop plans aligned with HR Ambition 2030.

Your profile

Skills & Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR development, talent management, or L&D, preferably in complex or matrixed international organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy development, process design, and implementation at scale.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Fluent in English (primary working language); French is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the vegetable seed business is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
