As Global Head of Strategic Marketing, you will shape Limagrain Field Seeds' long-term growth strategy by connecting market insights, customer needs, innovation priorities and strategic partnerships, while providing fact-based guidance to support key business decisions.

Strategic Leadership & LFS Ambition

  • Shape and drive LFS's long-term strategy as a key member of the Executive Committee.
  • Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and performance objectives.

Strategic Intelligence & Prospective Vision

  • Anticipate market, technology, and industry trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and future positioning.

Product & Portfolio Excellence

  • Define and optimize portfolio strategies to maximize value creation across crops and geographies.
  • Partner with Research & Product Development to prioritize investments and strengthen competitive advantage.

Business Development, Partnerships & M&A

  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities through partnerships, licensing, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead market assessments and support M&A activities to accelerate business expansion.

Licensing, Marketing Excellence & Customer Value

  • Drive licensing and marketing strategies to enhance customer value and market performance.
  • Leverage data, customer insights, and AI to strengthen decision-making and portfolio value creation.

Global Branding & External Communication

  • Define and strengthen the global LFS brand strategy and positioning.
  • Lead external communication initiatives to enhance visibility, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.

What we expect of you

Industry & Business Expertise

  • Extensive experience in the field seeds industry or a closely related agricultural input sector, with a strong understanding of key crop markets such as corn, cereals, oilseeds and soybean.
  • Solid expertise in seed business economics, including germplasm, traits, licensing, pricing, portfolio management and go-to-market strategies.

Strategic & Functional Capabilities

  • Proven track record in strategic marketing, crop strategy, portfolio management, business development or licensing, with the ability to shape long-term business priorities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging market intelligence, competitive insights and financial analysis to challenge and guide business and innovation decisions.

Leadership Profile

  • Executive-level influencing skills, with the ability to engage, challenge and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.

International mindset combined with excellent communication skills, bringing curiosity, resilience, pragmatism and a passion for delivering value to farmers and customers
