Menaco Seeds B.V. is a commercial vegetable seed enterprise that is part of the Limagrain Group. We provide products under various commercial brands, primarily Nickerson-Zwaan, DP Elite Zaden, and Huizer Zaden. What would your role entail if you join our team?

The Customer Service department is a vital component of our organization. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing and enhancing daily workflows. One of your responsibilities will be to create and monitor customer objectives. You will maintain close communication with the Sales, Planning, Processing, Marketing, and Quality Teams. Our goal is to ensure the best possible service for our customers. To achieve this, you, as a manager, along with your team and other departments, will be accountable for the timely delivery of vegetable seeds to our customers, ensuring the right quality, compliance with regulations, and cost efficiency. Our objective is to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. To facilitate this, we utilize various systems (ERP system, BI tool, MS Office, CRM, and external software systems) for transportation and phytosanitary regulation compliance.

Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily operations within the customer service department.
  • Managing the complete order flow for specific customers or regions.
  • Addressing customer service concerns promptly.
  • Establishing efficient customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Setting customer satisfaction objectives and working with the team to consistently achieve them.
  • Analyzing service data and compiling comprehensive reports on your insights.
  • Improving and maintaining department policies and processes.
  • Hiring and training new personnel.

Candidate profile

  • Minimum HBO level education .
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international commercial organization.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with management techniques.

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process consists of two interviews.
The first interview focuses on understanding the candidate’s background, experience, and motivation for the role, as well as assessing overall fit.
The second interview is more in-depth and explores role-specific skills, competencies, and alignment with the team and company culture. A final decision is made following this stage.
