Job Description: 

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager for West Türkiye region.

 

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to deliver sustainable sales growth, market share development and profitability by translating commercial strategy into strong field execution. The position is based in Antalya, Türkiye.

Main Goal

 

Deliver sales growth and profitability objectives in West Türkiye through effective people leadership, close market proximity, disciplined commercial management and cross-functional collaboration. 

Responsible for

 

Sales Performance & Commercial Execution

  • Deliver annual and monthly sales, volume, turnover and profitability objectives for the assigned region.
  • Translate annual commercial objectives into clear regional, crop and individual sales plans.
  • Identify growth opportunities by crop, geography, customer segment and route-to-market.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expansion of the company’s genetic footprint across the region.
  • Ensure strong execution of forecasting, strategic sales campaigns and new product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key growers and market stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong ownership of customer receivables together with Finance and the sales team.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality use of digital tools across the sales team.
  • Promote data-driven sales management rather than relying solely on individual experience of market knowledge.

 

Demand Generation & Market Development

  • Drive demand-generation activities with growers and key decision makers.
  • Work closely with Product Development team to support product positioning, demonstrations, trials and commercial launches.
  • Follow market intelligence including crop trends and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify unmet market needs and provide structured feedback to support portfolio and product development decisions.

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering or a related field; specialization in horticulture and vegetable seeds is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales management, regional commercial management or leadership of a field sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of stakeholders and vegetable production dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales performance, forecasting and product portfolios.
  • Comfortable working with digital systems, sales data and performance indicators.
  • Good level of English communication.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
