This role is responsible for evaluating our products and supporting their commercial launch and sales promotion in the area of expertise.
Main Goal
Ensure efficient support in the operational and administrative management of product development projects, contributing to the correct monitoring of the market and the success of commercial launches.
Main missions
- Plan, coordinate and carry out development trials in your area and segment
- Evaluate the agronomic performance and adaptability of the varieties with respect to market standards
- Analyze the positioning of the variety in the target supply chains
- Identify competitive advantages, commercial strengths and critical issues
- Conduct and update market analysis (segmentation, competitive analysis, trends)
- Develop market knowledge and contribute to business plans
- Organize promotional events for direct and indirect customers
- Define and develop selling points locally
Contribution activities
Provide the Product Development Manager with the elements necessary to define sales forecasts (volumes, quality and timing) for the first years of marketing.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the agro-related dustry
- Interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Strong commercial aptitude and teamwork
- Motivation, proactivity and operational autonomy
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Open to frequent travel
