Within the Marketing Excellence & Operations Team (5 people), under the supervision of the Marketing Excellence & Operations manager, you will occupy the key position of Market Intelligence Manager involved in the company's strategy and supporting decision-making through the analysis of the market environment and the development of innovative tools.
Main Goal
Your responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to anticipate changes in our company's environment (competitive analysis, market size and weight, retail space, customer profiles, PESTEL analysis, etc.).
- You will also coordinate key processes : developing the medium-term strategic plan, collecting and interpreting market data, segmentation, competitive analysis, innovation, and creating automated annual reports.
- In this role, you will support the global Marketing team (25 people) across departments by creating and distributing decision-making tools, conducting studies and data analyses to optimize marketing management, and more.
- You will act as a Marketing coordinator / Key user for various tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, CRM).
- Finally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and the simplification of tools.
Job description
What we expect of you
- You've got a degree (ideally a Master degree) in marketing, management, data analysis, or a related field. You have at least 5 years of experience in project management and market analysis. Knowledge in vegetable seeds, seeds, or even agronomy would be an asset.
- Furthermore, you are known for your rigor, attention to detail, aptitude for numbers, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As such, you are an excellent communicator and will be able to build trusting relationships with the various stakeholders and departments you will encounter to achieve optimal results. Naturally creative and adaptable, you are results-oriented, solution-focused, and possess a strong customer-centric approach.
- Fluency in English is required for this position, and knowledge of another language (such as French) would be an asset. We also require proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI).
- Representing our brand will involve some travel within France and abroad to attend trade shows, conferences, etc. (4 trips per year, lasting 2 to 3 days).
