Job Description: 

Main Goal

1. Team management and team building (~40%)

As a manager, your role will be to lead, support, and foster the growth of your team (8 permanents and 2 fixed-term staff members). You will be responsible for setting objectives and monitoring performance, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment (particularly during peak periods), and promoting a culture of excellence.

 

2. Monitoring and managing direct orders for France and for distributors in EU (~40%)

Ensure end-to-end order processing, from entry to invoicing and payment collection, in compliance with established procedures. Organize and prioritize orders, anticipate needs, secure deliveries, and handle customer complaints as required.

 

3. Strategic steering, coordination, and reporting (~20%)

Participate in implementing the corporate strategy (safety, service quality, etc.). Handle monthly activity reporting and collaborate cross-functionally with the sales, supply chain, finance, and quality teams to optimize the customer experience.

 

Additional notes

Replacement due to relocation of the previous manager.

What we expect of you

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in business or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or international trade, ideally within the agri-food, agricultural, or industrial sectors. You're also recognized for a successful management experience. Proactive and adaptable, you are able to handle situations with a balance of empathy and firmness. You will leverage your leadership skills to successfully execute assigned projects and guide your team through periods of change. With great communication skills, you are proficient in French and English and skilled at fostering connections among team members.

 

Your benefits and working environment

  • Salary over 13 month (€40k–€55k), 'Cadre' status.
  • Flexible working hours : Daily package (211 days), including 14 to 19 extra days-off (RTT) il addition to the legal 5 weeks / per year.
