Function
As part of the creation of the Customer Experience & Communication department, we are looking for our future Customer Experience Manager to contribute to the creation of the function.
Main Goal
Based at our French headquarters in La Ménitré (30 minutes from Angers, 30 minutes from Saumur), within the new global Customer Experience and Communications Department, your mission will be to:

Contribute to defining and implementing the customer experience strategy within the company by analyzing customer data and monitoring indicators to improve the customer journey and satisfaction.

Manage a team of 4 international Marketing Communication experts (Digital, Events, Graphic Design, Content Creation…) on a daily basis and lead various teams in the context of cross-functional missions.

Manage or participate in projects aimed at developing the customer experience and its tools (improving the customer journey, creating innovative services and solutions, problem-solving).

Within the company, contribute to the development of customer-centric culture across the different departments of the company, particularly in collaboration with the Internal Communication Manager.

For this position, professional English and French (reading, writing, speaking) and management experience are mandatory. Experience in an international environment will be a plus.

What we expect of you

Ideally, you have a master’s degree in business, marketing, customer experience, or equivalent education, with significant experience of 5 to 10 years in the field of customer experience.

Contributor to change, you are recognized for your listening skills, communication qualities, and have good interpersonal skills that will help you create connections with others.

Comfortable with numbers, analytical-minded, and proficient in customer relationship tools, you also have a technical background (operational marketing, CRM, Adobe Suite, reporting tools) that will allow you to quickly adapt to the various topics assigned to you.

Finally, you know how to operate in matrix organizations. You are agile and curious and will be able to organize yourself effectively in this new position.
