Function

Following the creation of the Operational Excellence Unit in September 2025, we are looking for two Improvement Project Managers with complementary experiences and skills.

Reporting to the Head of Performance & Operational Excellence, you will be part of a team of 5 people dedicated to supporting and optimizing the factory's activities.



Main Goal

For this position, you'll be in charge of :

  • Leading strategic or complex continuous improvement projects and monitoring their impact on corporate culture and supporting the operational optimization of the plant.

  • Participate in the preparation and analysis of production process datas in collaboration with the factory teams, up to the identification of areas for improvement in workshops to define the projects with the greatest potential for gains. Therefore, building, implementing and formalizing roadmaps.

  • Participate in the development, choices, implementation and deployment of LEAN methods and tools within teams, standardize and harmonize practices. Lead LEAN workshops.

  • Supporting teams in their skills development, training and raising awareness of LEAN principles, delivering certain training courses. Maintaining a knowledge database and updated toolkits.

  • Encourage the sharing of best practices among workers through different communication channels.

For this role, you will also be in contact with the manufacturing teams and the QHSE, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Agricultural Production, and Seed Tech R&D departments. Operational French is required as well as English.

What we expect of you

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in production management, continuous improvement, or a related field. You have at least 5 years of experience in the industrial or seed sector. You are familiar with LEAN tools and methods (Green Belt certification would be an asset), but also industry-centered tools and techniques (DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, 5W2H, Ishikawa diagram, FTA, 8D, 5S, Kaizen, etc.). You are comfortable with computers and data manipulation. As a good communicator, you will be able to listen to your colleagues and understand the situations and challenges faced by our teams. Solution-oriented, you will be able to analyze situations rigorously to propose projects tailored to their needs.
