Join Our Sales Team

Vilmorin Mikado is seeking a Sales Representative located in Adana, responsible for driving commercial growth within an assigned geographical area. This role focuses on executing sales and marketing activities, strengthening customer relationships, supporting new product launches, and contributing to sustainable business expansion while ensuring full compliance with applicable competition laws and company policies.

Main Goal

To achieve sales targets and expand market presence by effectively managing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting Vilmorin Mikado products through ethical, compliant, and customer-focused sales practices.

What we expect of you

  • Execute sales strategies and provide accurate sales forecasts for the assigned territory

  • Present commercial offers and manage the full order-to-delivery process in coordination with internal teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, growers, traders, and key stakeholders

  • Travel regularly within the Southeast region to visit existing and potential customers

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities using lawful and publicly available information

  • Support new product launches through field visits, demonstrations, and promotional activities

  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database and deliver regular reports to sales management

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints effectively

  • Monitor customer financial reliability in cooperation with the credit department

  • Provide market insights to support product positioning and value-based pricing

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and growth areas within the territory to support business expansion

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to sustainable business growth in the assigned area

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field
  • At least 3 years of field sales experience, preferably within agriculture, seed, agro-products, or direct sales
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Good knowledge of IT tools and business applications
  • Working knowledge of English
