Finance Manager

Vilmorin-Mikado Turkey is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead financial governance and reporting in alignment with Group standards. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape financial performance and strategic decision-making within an international Group environment.

Main Goal

Ensure strong financial management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and effective business support to safeguard financial stability and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management and Control

  • Oversee the financial administration of the subsidiary.
  • Monitor margins, operating expenses, and overall cost structures.
  • Control inventory valuation, receivables, and cash flow.
  • Manage liquidity planning and banking relationships.
  • Coordinate monthly closings and financial statement preparation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in line with Group standards.
  • Lead the year-end closing and external audit processes.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Supervise payroll and tax processes in coordination with HR.
  • Ensure compliance with Group procedures and internal control standards.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and records.
  • Lead and develop the finance team.
  • Provide financial analysis and decision-support to management.

 

Sales Administration Oversight

  • Monitor subsidiary turnover and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial procedures and pricing policies.
  • Prepare monthly sales dashboards and performance analyses.
  • Assess and monitor customer financial risk.
  • Support Customer Service from a financial control perspective.
  • Provide ad hoc commercial and profitability analyses.

 

Administrative & Legal Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Turkish legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate legal documentation with internal and external advisors.
  • Maintain relationships with lawyers, tax advisors, banks, and service providers.
  • Manage contract review and documentation processes.
  • Monitor governance standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting regulations and IFRS.
  • Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law.
  • Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English.
