The Customer & MarCom Coordinator is responsible for aligning marketing and communication strategy with customer needs, enhancing the customer experience and boosting brand visibility in collaboration with commercial and global teams.

Your mission:
As our Customer & MarCom Coordinator, you will be a key player in combining marketing actions with customer insight to drive impact. You’ll support sales campaigns, implement communication plans, manage digital channels, and play a central role in improving our customer experience.

Your main responsibilities:
- Actively participate in building and rolling out sales campaigns using CRM insights
- Define and implement the annual Communication Action Plan
- Promote regional product ranges and contribute to launching plans
- Manage and update web content, social media, and CRM marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and participate in key events and monitor communication budgets
- Use customer segmentation to tailor messages and offers
- Monitor customer experience using NPS and satisfaction KPIs
- Benchmark market trends and share insights
You will collaborate with: Sub Managers, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Global Communications teams — plus direct and indirect customers.
Location: Spain
Reports to: Europe Unit Director, scope Ibérica & Italy

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and the local language, with excellent writing skills
- Strong knowledge of 360° communication (digital, print, events, CRM, media...)
- Project management and budget handling expertise
- Experience working with external agencies
