For the Station located in Aguillas the job involves the assistance of the station manager:

•       Crop planning focusing on land use with monthly report to the station manager

•       Quotation for any kind of capex or opex needed in the station following Station manager guide lines

•       Organize and coordinate with the ‘’ Operation manager/farm manager ‘’ a weekly meeting with the other departments in the station merging all the operative needs  

•       Supervising all phytosanitary and safety rules application with a weekly report to the station manager

•       Manage and improve any kind of field record concerning agronomic issues in accordance with company and law rules / guide lines

•       Follow up with breeders need make sure the operation support breeding in the day by day activity in the field

Objetivo principal

He/she will coordinates the Aguilas station operation from an agronomic stand point. The main aim will be to create a robust system following company guide lines and feedback toward the different department/ clients.

He/she will be in charge of the following activities:

 CROP PLANNING

Take care of the POS of the station , ensuring availability of space and rotation 

Draw down the analysis planning for every year.

Propose agronomic technic improvement supported with cost/ benefit analysis

QUOTATION

Support the station manager in the decisional process by selecting provider and offers either in goods purchase or services provided 

ORGANIZE AND COORDINATE

Manage the weekly meeting with other department 

Work closely with the Operation manager/ farm manager to create a team spirit without overlaps in the tasks 

Make sure that all the needs of department are properly collected , reported and shared with the all station and the station manager 

SUPERVISING ALL THE PHYTOSANITARY AND SAFETY RULES

Organize control means to handle the control

Being a behavior example and deal with the misleading behavior

Follow the guide line given organize a daily check of the action plan both for Prophylaxis and safety

 FIELD RECORD

Analyze and improve the system in place 

Create a new system to be integrated with the company one ( live within the next two years

Keep up to date the field records and propose further improvement following added requests
