Function

Partnering with all HR teams, and working in accordance with local legislation and our company values and principles, this international role has for purpose to:

  • Bring HR Leadership to the Global Trait and Technology organization
  • Contribute to strengthen alignment and consistency ensuring global frameworks are effectively deployed as well as LVS specifics optimizing efficiency
  • Coordinate and support for T&T all HR activities across the 3 BUs & LVS in line with HR Ambition 2030 strategy and LVS 2030 initiatives  
  • Coordinate and support for T&T all HR cycle processes across the 3 BUs & LVS including people development and succession planning  
  • Reinforce a shared sense of purpose and belonging to T&T, LVS and Limagrain group overall.

Drive some LVS 2030 initiatives and play a PMO role for overall LVS initiatives planification and execution 

Job description

T&T HR business partnering: 
•    Be the HR Strategic Partner and Advisor for the T&T Management team for all HR related activities
•    Coach and support the Management Team and the Managers: 
         -    in all HR domains (organizational design, work force planning, recruitment, development, performance...) 
         -    and along the annual HR cycle (setting goals, mid-year review, end-year review, performance management, people review, Talent review, bonus, merit …) 
•    Lead the execution of Ambition 2030 HR strategy and 2030 LVS initiatives across the T&T organization
•    Propose and implement when relevant initiatives or processes in adequation with the international set up of the T&T organization to address specific needs 
•    Guarantee compliance with local regulation and global standards partnering with the HR team network 
•    Follow with the finance team Budget allocated to HR initiatives 

LVS HR partnering 
•    Contribute to the LVS HR strategy (LVS 2030 initiatives) 
•    Drive some LVS projects / initiatives
•    Act as a PMO for the LVS 2030 initiatives ensuring advancement and execution according to plan and coordinating stakeholders 
•    Budget management coordination for HR LVS initiatives  

What we expect of you

•    Master’s degree in human resources, Labor Law, Human Sciences, or Business Management. 
•    5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, with broad exposure to all HR domains. 
•    Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to build mid  to long term HR plans while having the ability to drive operations. 
•    Demonstrated leadership: ability to build high-performing teams, foster trust, and act as a role model through coaching and mentoring. 
•    Excellent adaptability, thriving in a matrixed and international environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
•    Solid experience in change management, with the ability to engage teams and drive transformation. 
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies and build trusted relationships.
