Limagrain Europe, through its research support organization Limagrain Field Seeds Research (LFSR), is recruiting on a fixed-term contract (CDD) for its Chappes Research Center (63, near Clermont-Ferrand) a Documentation & User Experience Referent.

Main Goal

The Documentation & User Experience Referent is part of the Breeding Tools team, whose mission is to develop and maintain the tools used by breeders and their teams as part of the varietal creation process.
The entire team ensures that the tools delivered are fully aligned with the needs of the domain.

The Documentation & User Experience Referent contributes to this mission by designing, structuring, and facilitating a documentation process in line with quality management principles.
This process aims to guarantee reliable, accessible, and regularly updated information, while promoting continuous improvement and user satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy a standardized and sustainable documentation process.

  • Create and maintain a variety of materials (starter kits, e-learning modules, FAQs, videos).

  • Train and support users to ensure successful adoption of the tools.

  • Monitor quality indicators and drive continuous improvement.

What we expect of you

  • Master’s degree (5 years of higher education) in documentation, quality management, or project management.

  • Strong proficiency in collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and quality management principles.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.

  • Fluent English, strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
