Function

As Talent Acquisition Specialist & Campus Manager reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take a lead role in driving quality recruitment outcomes through partnering closely with your hiring managers and HR Directors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hiring needs and great candidate experience.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of executive / top executive recruitment processes according to our Group hiring, internal mobility and D&I policies and in compliance with local regulations.

You will ensure direct schooling relationship management for the most strategic schools we are partnering with and monitor with BUs the deployment of attractive initiatives to build up/maintain relationships with national & international schools.

Missions

•    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of our most complex and critical positions from candidate attraction to final candidate selection including headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and other job boards, screening calls, managing the interview process, assessment process, manage and provide feedback to candidates/hiring stakeholders. 
•    Develop, agree and implement the talent sourcing strategy with hiring managers.
•    Ensure fair and effective hiring decision: implement hiring scorecards, develop business simulation exercises (such as case studies, role play, presentations), undertake candidate assessments.
•    Build network / talent pipelines of candidates for future hiring.
•    Report on key recruitment KPIs including looking at improving time to hire, reducing cost to hire, improving candidate and manager's experience and delivering favorable results.
•    Be and act as an ambassador of our Group and especially our HR team community, attend job fairs and any event that might be relevant for the sourcing of relevant candidates.

Implement KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of our school relationship strategy and support hiring campaigns when needed. 
•    Business partnering with key stakeholders, bringing a ‘consultant’ approach to enable you to advise accordingly.
•    Use proactive sourcing techniques and tools, including both online and offline techniques.
•    Manage all recruitment through our HRIS (SuccessFactors) to drive great data practices. 
•    Liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders at executive management level across a multi-disciplinary business, showing up as a subject matter expert for our executive managers community. 
•    Contribute to group talent development project whenever relevant or upon need. 

What we expect of you

  • You have substantial experience of C-Level executive recruitment, preferably in-house or in a recruiting agency.
  • You would have worked with in-house recruitment systems or ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter) and will have a good understanding of the talent market.
  • You will have a good understanding of candidate attraction, including sourcing tools and different mechanisms for proactive search and headhunting.
  • You are used to working closely with candidates with a track record in building relationships and a strong focus on the candidate experience.
  • You have a proven track record in personnel selection, including the analysis and interpretation of psychometric tests, interviews, business simulation exercises and the preparation of reports.
  • Ability to work individually or with others in a global environment, making quick decisions, following review and approval processes, and managing timelines thoughtfully.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
