Your mission: grow a learning culture for 10,000+ employees
As the Group Learning & Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and deploying the Group’s Learning and Talent Development strategy, in close alignment with our leadership model “Nurturing the Seeds of Success”, our 70‑20‑10 approach, and our ambition to make Limagrain a learning company by 2030.
Key responsibilities
1. Implement the Group Learning & Talent Development Strategy
- Translate the Group’s ambitions into concrete learning initiatives, ensuring coherence and impact across all BUs/BLs.
- Support the deployment of the leadership model and the Principles of Action for all managers.
- Promote continuous learning and help embed the 70‑20‑10 model throughout the organization.
2. Manage the Limagrain Academy
- Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of the Group training offer.
- Oversee budget management, performance monitoring, and quality of learning pathways.
- Strengthen visibility and recognition for internal trainers and content creators.
3. Support Executive Development
- Design and facilitate the onboarding and development pathways for Limagrain Executives through the Limagrain Academy.
- Act as a trusted learning partner for senior leaders.
4. Act as the Group’s 360‑Learning Referent
- Promote digital learning tools and best practices across the Group.
- Advise internal authors and experts on pedagogical approaches.
- Pool and leverage development initiatives such as mentoring, CoachHub programs, onboarding pathways, and 360° feedback processes to create Group‑wide value.
5. Foster Collaboration Through a Matrix L&D Community
- Animate the global L&D network across Business Lines.
- Improve alignment, avoid duplication of efforts, and create synergies in training and talent development.
- Contribute to cross‑functional governance and co‑construction of Group standards.
