Function

Limagrain is an international agricultural cooperative group, driven by innovation and committed to sustainable growth. As part of our Group HR Department, you will lead the Global Compensation & Employee Relations function, ensuring alignment between our global people strategy, social policy, and business ambitions. 

You will head a team of five experts and play a key role in shaping and deploying our global compensation, benefits, and social relations strategies across all Business Lines and Business Units. 

Main Goal

1. Compensation, Benefits & International Mobility Strategy 

Assess and continuously enhance Group policies on compensation, benefits, and international mobility. 

Lead job evaluations and oversee executive and senior leadership remuneration across the Group. 

Define and manage the Group’s benefits strategy (healthcare, life insurance, retirement, savings, mobility, etc.). 

Negotiate and manage relationships with service providers (insurers, brokers, and benefit partners). 

2. Social Policy & Employee Relations 

Oversee collective agreement negotiations for the Group and its various entities. 

Monitor and update collective agreements, ensuring consistency with legal evolutions and case law. 

Foster strong and constructive relationships with employee representative bodies and ensure a positive social climate. 

3. Group Development Support 

Contribute to acquisition and joint-venture projects during due diligence and integration phases, focusing on social, compensation, and benefit aspects. 

4. Leadership & Team Management 

Lead and develop a team of specialists in international mobility, compensation, benefits, and labour law. 

Set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and support career growth within your team. 

Collaborate closely with HR leaders across Business Lines and Business Units to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of Group policies. 

What we expect of you

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Labour Law, Finance, or a related field, you have at least 7 years of proven experience in compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ideally in an international environment.

Technical Skills: 

Solid understanding of compensation structures, benefits management, and international mobility practices. 

Strong knowledge of labour and social regulations and compliance frameworks. 

Expertise in job evaluation methodologies, benchmarking, and cost/benefit modelling. 

Excellent command of Excel.  

Fluent in French & English (B2/C1).
