Function

Main Goal

By joining us, your responsibilities will include:
Contributing to Economic Performance / Innovation

  • Manage tenders to achieve economies of scale within your scope (Capex & Opex), while complying with procurement constraints
  • Conduct market and technology monitoring to identify and internally propose new products and services that will help the Group remain increasingly innovative [offre Catman IT | Word]

Supporting Teams

  • Gather and challenge the needs of the Group’s various Business Units
  • Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders, particularly in drafting specifications
  • Co-define standard contracts in collaboration with the Legal Manager (tender processes, offer comparisons), while respecting deadlines

Developing and Deploying the IT Procurement Strategy

  • Define the procurement strategy and policy for your category
  • Prepare and lead steering committees involving Procurement / IT / Legal teams, as well as business and performance review meetings

Managing Supplier Performance and Reporting

  • Ensure proper execution of supplier contracts, measure supplier performance, and propose improvement plans
  • Produce reporting for the entire category, estimate target savings, track actual or delegated financial performance, and ensure the proper use and quality of data entered into procurement performance monitoring tools for your spend category

What we expect of you

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Procurement or Business with a specialization in Procurement
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in IT and Telecom procurement categories within a matrix organization
  • Strong technical knowledge in key procurement categories: Infrastructure, Hardware, Software, and Services
  • Ability to understand political and tactical contexts while aligning with Group and Business Unit strategic directions and adapting to tight deadlines on strategic projects
  • Good knowledge of business law and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (advanced analytical level)
  • Fluent English skills enabling you to work comfortably in an international environment, both written and spoken
  • Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, and synthesis skills
