Function
Within the Group Finance Department and reporting to the Group Deputy CFO, your role will be to implement the strategy and oversee the performance of indirect procurement across the Group, covering multiple categories.
You will work closely with all Group Category Managers as well as the indirect procurement teams within each Business Line.
Main Goal
- Manage an indirect procurement portfolio exceeding €400 million annually,
- Update the Group’s indirect procurement strategy, ensuring alignment between geographical scope and managed categories,
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aimed at reducing costs while ensuring service quality and minimizing business risk,
- Harmonize practices across the Group and define guidelines to optimize procurement performance,
- Lead or oversee the most sensitive and strategic national and international negotiations, supporting procurement teams,
- Optimize and standardize Group KPIs used to monitor indirect procurement performance by category,
- Measure and report procurement performance by category to senior management,
- Manage and coordinate the Group Indirect Procurement team (7 people based at Corporate level).
In this capacity, you will be responsible for the strategic steering of indirect procurement at Group level, including the transformation of practices, optimization of performance and costs, and management of complex negotiations.
What we expect of you
Education & Qualifications
Master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school or engineering school, ideally with a specialization in procurement.
Professional Experience
At least 10 years of experience in indirect procurement, gained in a matrix organization, covering the full Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay cycle.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation skills, proven ability to structure processes, high analytical capabilities, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated leadership and solid management skills.
Languages
You are fluent in professional English and able to operate in an international environment.
