Main Goal

Promotional activities and sales support

• Present professional and commercial information on seeds, traded by the employer on the territory of the Czech Republic, to agricultural companies, including private farmers, in the form of personal visits, individual consultations and presentations of varietal and hybrid compositions in semi-operational and other trials with the aim of increasing the sales of seeds traded by the employer on the territory of the Czech Republic.
• Conduct professional seminars, trainings, field days, showcases of semi-operational trials and other events for growers, corporate management of agricultural companies and the professional public. Advocate the employer's interests in public appearances and always act in accordance with the employer's strategy as communicated by the employer.
• Establish and maintain working contacts with professional, educational and scientific institutions and distributors in the place of work of the employment contract, including participation on behalf of the employer in seminars and other similar events.
• Systematically search for new business opportunities for seed distributors with whom the employer does business in the Czech Republic and search for new customers for these distributors within the place of work.
• Support and monitor the activities of the various links of the existing distribution network in accordance with the employer's adopted strategy as communicated to the employee.
• Develop active cooperation in seed deliveries, technical support for shipments including emergency orders.
• Expert handling of product complaints.
• Actively cooperate in the implementation of the above activities in synergy with the activities of distributors operating in the place of work.
• Actively cooperate with government and private organizations active in agriculture within the place of work.

 Implementation of employer marketing programmes

• Collecting and evaluating information on growers of crops sold by the employer.
• Monitoring all activities of competing companies in the field of seeds.
• Monitoring of important development trends, economic, production and innovation activities of agricultural companies.

Maintaining a database of growers. On the instruction of the immediate supervisor, take inventory of stock.

 As instructed by the immediate supervisor, arrange for distribution of seed samples or transport seed samples to the employer's seat from distributors.

Perform other administrative activities as instructed by the immediate supervisor related to the above activities.

The scope of the employee's work is in the following regions: East Bohemia Region, districts of Turnov, Náchod,Kutná Hora, Hradec Králové Pardubice, Chrudim, Svitavy, Ústí and Orlicí, Rychnov and Kněžnou.

• University degree in the relevant field, driving licence group B.
• Perfect knowledge of varieties in terms of agronomy, including the possibilities of applying varieties on the commodity market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, presentable and pleasant manner.

• Commercial spirit and energetic work commitment.
