Main Goal

Marketing Manager contributes to achieving the country’s business and financial objectives by developing and implementing the local marketing plan, in line with Limagrain Europe orientations and local business priorities.
The role strengthens the customer-focused marketing approach and supports sustainable growth of the Limagrain portfolio in Bulgaria.

Job description

  • Develop, implement and monitor the country marketing and operational plan in close cooperation with the Country Manager, Sales Team and Product Managers.
  • Drive demand creation initiatives, customer engagement and loyalty programs through integrated marketing activities (field events, digital communication, CRM, campaigns).
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior and segmentation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the LG product portfolio positioning to maximize market penetration and profitability.
  • Define and implement communication plans to increase brand awareness and customer proximity.
  • Support sales performance through targeted marketing actions and customer insights.
  • Coordinate marketing communication activities across channels (ATL, BTL, digital, events).
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers in line with corporate policies and budgets.
  • Support and develop CRM usage as a key sales and marketing tool.
  • Manage and develop Marketing Specialist.
  • Participate in the Business Area marketing community and contribute to cross-country collaboration.

 

What we expect of you

  • University degree (Master level) in Marketing, Agronomy, Economics, Sociology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an agricultural environment.
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation, customer marketing and brand positioning.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Solid computer literacy (MS Office, digital tools).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Sales experience is considered an advantage.
