Function

Join our team and help shape how Limagrain communicates with farmers, partners and the market. This role combines communication, digital marketing, content creation and event support, contributing directly to brand visibility and business growth in Bulgaria.

Main Goal

Contribute to achieving business and financial objectives by developing and implementing communication initiatives aligned with Limagrain’s strategy and business priorities. The role supports both digital and offline communication activities while strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement.

Job description

As Marketing  Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute communication plans across different channels (digital and offline) in line with sales and marketing priorities
• Manage website content and social media presence, including optimization and SEO-related activities
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, banners, videos and promotional items
• Participate in field activities, farmer meetings and interviews to create engaging visual and video content
• Support organization of exhibitions, open field days, seminars, distributor meetings and other marketing events
• Coordinate communication toward customers and distribution partners
• Ensure timely delivery of advertising materials and services while respecting budget and company procedures
• Monitor competitors' communication activities and market trends
• Work with marketing systems and tools including CRM and marketing automation platforms.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
• Experience in marketing, communication or digital marketing activities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
