Regional Business Manager

We are looking for  "Regional Business Manager", Patna, Bihar,  who is responsible for leading and driving the overall sales and business development activities across the assigned region. This role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets by developing effective market strategies, strengthening the distribution network, and building long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and farmers. The incumbent will lead and mentor Territory Managers, identify new market opportunities, execute product launches and promotional campaigns, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and ensure profitable business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Regional Business Manager will play a key role in expanding Limagrain's market presence while delivering exceptional customer value and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, expanding market presence, strengthening channel partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in achieving business objectives by developing effective sales strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities while ensuring sustainable profitability.

Job description

  • Develop and execute annual regional sales plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets for the assigned region.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Managers to maximize team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key farmers.
  • Strengthen and expand the distribution network to increase market penetration.
  • Plan and execute sales promotion activities and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor regional performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to support future business expansion.
  • Coordinate product trials and evaluate product-market suitability.
  • Optimize regional operating costs, promotional budgets, and travel expenses.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experience.
