Function
Reporting to the Group HR Director and functionally to the Head of Territory Europe – Limagrain Field Seeds, you will define and lead the HR strategy for Limagrain Field Seeds across Europe (20 countries, 1,800 employees). As a member of the European Management Team, you play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, cultural transformation, and employee engagement to support sustainable business growth.
Main Goal
- Strategic Leadership: Design and implement HR strategy aligned with Group vision and business priorities.
- HR Operations: Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and compliance.
- Cultural Transformation : Promote diversity & inclusion, foster engagement, and lead change initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop the European HR team (8 direct reports), ensuring agility and high performance.
- Performance & Compliance: Monitor KPIs, optimize HR processes, and ensure adherence to local regulations and Group policies.
- Social Dialogue: Maintain positive labor relations and manage negotiations with employee representative bodies.
- Communication & Safety: Support internal communication and reinforce safety culture across the organization.

What we expect of you
- Education: Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR leadership roles within international and matrix organizations.
Skills:
- Comprehensive HR expertise (recruitment, C&B, employee relations, development).
- Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
