Function
Within the Business Supply Area (BSA) Europe and reporting to the Head of BSA Europe, you will be responsible for structuring, driving, and strengthening Operational Excellence, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives at a European level, in a context of significant transformation challenges.
You will play a key role, supported by a team of approximately 8 people, whom you will coach, unite, and fully engage to ensure the success of your missions.
Main Goal
- Define and deploy a common Operational Excellence framework across BSA Europe,
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of functions and sites,
- Build and lead a European community dedicated to Operational Excellence,
- Structure and improve the Quality Management System,
- Define and implement the European Safety strategy, fostering a shared safety culture,
- Monitor safety performance indicators and lead risk reduction action plans,
- Coordinate the deployment of the CSR and Sustainability roadmap,
- Manage the relevant teams and support transformation across countries and functions.
What we expect of you
Education & Qualifications
Master’s degree (or equivalent) from an engineering school or university, ideally with a specialization in Quality and Operational Excellence (or similar field).
Professional Experience
You have at least 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, QHSE, or continuous improvement, gained in an industrial, multi-site, and international environment.
Skills & Competencies
You have at least 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, QHSE, or continuous improvement, gained in an industrial, multi-site, and international environment.
You have solid expertise in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies, ideally supported by a Black Belt certification.
You demonstrate strong proficiency in quality systems, audit processes, as well as the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive action plans.
You are able to unite teams and mobilize a wide range of stakeholders around shared objectives.
Languages
Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken. French would be a plus.
