SUPERVISOR DE DOBLE HAPLOIDE

Main Goal

Responsable del manejo de invernaderos para procesos de aclimatación, trasplante en campo, polinización, cosecha, riego, fertilización y sanidad. El cargo incluye la ejecución de ensayos agronómicos, el registro de datos y la elaboración de reportes técnicos con resultados, gestión de presupuestos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad de la compañía.

Job description

Liderar el manejo agronómico de invernaderos (aclimatación y trasplante).
Monitorear las condiciones ambientales del invernadero.
Gestionar y optimizar bases de datos (Excel avanzado, Power Query) para análisis y toma de decisiones.
Manejo y cálculo de fertilización, riego y sanidad.
Controlar presupuestos, costos, insumos y mano de obra (indicadores KPIs).

What we expect of you

Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in greenhouse management
• Spanish and intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of statistical software
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaborative work style
