Job Description: 

Main Goal

To monitor & control of Field Production Quality as per standard and target.  

Job description

-Follow Field Production Quality policy and procedure.

-Communicate and collect information to superior for policy improvement.

-Implement testing/inspecting activities as planned.

-Carried out Field Inspection and GOT activities to meet standard requirement & procedures.

-Co-ordinate with Field Production/Foundation and report to superior.  

-Carry out new technology activities as assigned.

-Implement within provided budget.

-Provide Field quality data and update status to superior.

-Reviewing and preparing Field Quality data for weekly and monthly reports submitted to superior.

-Responsibility for QA Lab and QMS jobs/activities as assigned                                                                                            

-Ensuring that work complies with HSEQ standard and policy. 

-Conduct training quality standard for growers.

-Visit and service customer by visit dealer/farmer field including gathering feedback and customer requirements.

-Travel time (in the field): 70%
