Function

To be the leader of the self-pollinated crops team, providing support to the commercial manager in local and export operations, from production through to product commercialization.

Main Goal

Lead the planning and implementation of a commercial strategy and actions for self-pollinated seeds (wheat,
barley, soybean, and pea) with the goal of increasing business volume and market share through the multiplication
and licensing channels.

Job description

• Build and consolidate the Multiplier´s Network defining the right number of multipliers per region, in line
with the performance and potential of the portfolio.
• Lead license-out initiatives and actions, including variety selection for testing, relationship management
with licensees and oversight of contracts and follow-up.
• Prepare the annual budget and forecast of incomes and expenditures.
• Plan and implement marketing and technical actions to determine demand generation for self-pollinated
varieties.
• Develop and coordinate the annual trial plan across official networks and multiplier partners.
• Monitor and manage royalty collection under the “Sembrá Evolución” system and ARPOV, ensuring
compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and manage the production plan and processes for each campaign, ensuring alignment with
commercial goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all administrative tasks that support the self-pollinated business,
including contracts, registrations, certificates and inputs for commercialization.
• Carry out activities in accordance with the requirements specified in the Integrated Management System
and the Guidelines of the Limagrain Group, aligned with the Excellence Through Stewardship (ETS) Program
to ensure responsible management throughout the product lifecycle.

What we expect of you

Consolidate and strengthen relationships with current barley licensees, develop the licensing out market for wheat, and, as a primary objective, positioning LG brand and achieve recognition to increase the market share of our self-pollinated products.
