• Responsible for achieving sales targets, sales volume, and market share objectives within the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key growers/customers.
• Execute sales promotion activities, including demonstration trials, farmer meetings, and grower engagement events.
• Provide agronomic advice and technical support to increase the adoption and usage of the company’s products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, track sales performance (Sell-in / POG), and manage inventory within the assigned territory.
• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
