Manage yield trial testing from plan, planting till harvest and to meet company requirements.
Job description
- Supervise and manage R&D Testing and worker.
- Follow through steps since test plan, seeds preparation, planting, crops management, data collection and record to get good results in the final.
- Manage in company software program to complete the correctly data to have the most precise and fast transfer to PC.in computer and send to data analyze.
- Support information for decision making through the hybrids to be release or advance.
- Execute to manage manpower to use in testing site effectively by using both company and outsource labors and control labors cost as target and making sure health and safety rules are properly applied in the team.
- Support other R&D and Product Development initiatives as assigned.
- Manage budgets and expenses within area of responsibility.
- Cooperate with R&D operation to ensure that all tools and equipment are ready to use for testing activities.
