Main Goal
Manager Finance – Corporate Accounts ,Audit & Tax is responsible for maintaining company’s books of accounts and records as per the local governing law , accounting standard and in compliance with taxation laws governing the company operations. Management of Treasury operations and cash flow management in order to optimise working capital requirement, maintain banking relationship for fund requirements and transactional support. Responsible for conducting audit in line with local and IFRS requirement and independent handling and closure of audit. Ability to interact with Audit Partner from Audit Planning to Audit Closure is Key essential. Responsible for complete accounting process and key accounting controls framework around accounting process as per accounting framework and internal control framework as per organisation policy. Responsible for Secretarial and taxation compliances. Responsible for business partnering for timely payments to vendor & employees. Ability to mentor, Coach, guide and motivate team to achieve business goals. Ability to communicate and maintain good and collaborative work relationship with cross functional team and peers across functions. Analytical bend of mind to provide insight to organisation with regard to applicable changes in tax laws, accounting framework, banking, secretarial changes.
Job description
Audit, Accountancy & Internal Control-Sound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard and IFRS. Ability to finalise books of accounts independently and deal with Audit Partner directly. Develop a strong internal control system with proper SOP’s in each business process areas with strong adherence to IFC and global internal control framework requirement. Ensuring books of accounts and financial statement are in compliance with local laws and taxation rules. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards ,Guidance Notes and within SOX , COSO , DOA framework . Ability to draft SOPs as per business and organisational requirement.
Direct & Indirect Taxation: Expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation to ensure compliance with taxation laws and Group Taxation Reporting requirement as per IFRS. Ability to optimise tax savings for the company and ability to handle tax litigations working with Tax Consultancy firm directly. Having independent ability to represent before the taxation department for providing explanation and records. Ensuring company records & retention is as per taxation law. Timely filing of Tax returns and forms. Good knowledge of Income Tax Act , GST & Transfer Pricing Rules.
Secretarial Compliances : Collaborate with Legal team to ensure Compliances with Companies Act and keeping secretarial records as per the requirement of Law.
Treasury & Banking : Responsible for Cash Flow Management and Projections and liaison with bankers for funding requirement. Maintain good relationship with bankers for efficient banking transaction relationship. Optimise Working Capital to reduce debt cost for the company by leveraging lowest cost of debt /funding through accurate cash flow projections and driving Working capital Improvement

Team Management & Coaching: Ability to manage a team of 5-10 people with strong ability to provide guidance to team on regular basis in order to help team to achieve their goal. Ability to identify training need of team and provide training and coaching to the team members. Ability to motivate and inspire team members with high team engagement and allocation of resources to enhance business support.
System and Business Understanding : Strong knowledge of ERP system and ability to advance digitization and automation in system. Maintenance and Upgradation of ERP as Key User is preferred. Understand business and commercial operations and support business decision making and business process simplifications and control improvement with thorough understanding of business end to end. Knowledge of Group Reporting tool for financial reporting
Accounting :Ability to conduct Month End Closing in totality coordinating within finance and cross functional team . Ability to conduct Month End closing with accuracy and by D+4 basis.
