RISK & QSE MANAGEMENT
Main Goal
To guide employees, to prevent possible work accidents by making a risk assessment of the workplace, to ensure that negative situations are eliminated by considering the working environment, to carry out the trainings that employees should receive.
Informing the ministry when necessary, recording all kinds of work statistically, cooperating with the relevant units to create health and safety files of the employees.
To ensure the implementation of all rules and procedures stipulated by the company in addition to the criteria requested by the local law.
Job description
Maintain compliance in all procedures and policies
Provide initial new-hire safety training and follow-up
Conduct all accident, incident and near-miss investigations and recommend changes to management
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Inspect work sites to ensure working conditions are in compliance with standards and company policies
Check safety devices for proper working conditions
Attend all safety committee meetings, build and distribute meeting agenda, take meeting minutes and ensure all necessary paperwork is ready for meeting
Fill out necessary workers comp claim paperwork and follow up
Maintain employee certifications (schedule medical tests, schedule driving tests, ensure paperwork is updated
Maintain fire extinguisher monthly and annual maintenance checks
Conducting supplier audits
ISO 45001 certification roles focus on establishing, implementing and auditing Occupational Health and Safety management systems to reduce workplace hazards and ensure regulatory compliance
