HR officer

Are you someone who gets energy from helping people and making sure that everything is arranged down to the last detail behind the scenes? Are you looking for a position in which you combine payroll, personnel administration, social legislation and support of HR processes with financial administrative work? Then we are looking for you.

Main Goal

To take care that all HR administration and payroll administration is executed in a timley manner compliant with company rules and national law.  

Job description

  • You ensure correct and timely personnel, training and payroll administration in collaboration with the social secretariat
  • You manage personnel files, employment contracts and all administrative formalities for entering and leaving employment
  • You manage the fleet and maintain contacts with leasing companies and external partners
  • You draw up HR reports
  • In addition to your HR tasks, you will support approximately 40% of your time in work on the financial administration

You work accurately and independently, take responsibility and like to support people:

  • You have experience in HR administration, payroll or a similar position and good knowledge of social legislation and payroll processes
  • You are discreet and handle sensitive information confidentially
