In this position, you will be responsible for the entire financial operation and you will be part of the middle management team.
Job description

- You will lead a small financial team and ensure the efficient organization of the department.
- You are the financial sparring partner of the Country Manager and support strategic decision-making.
- You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning.
- You take care of the financial reporting to the group and monitor internal controls and compliance.
- You bear the final responsibility for personnel and payroll administration.
What we expect of you
You have extensive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, preferably in a managerial position.
You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
You are a strong communicator and work smoothly with various stakeholders.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
