Function

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager West  to join our Sales  team in Romania.

In this role, you will lead a regional sales team and work closely with distributors, farmers and internal teams to drive sustainable business growth.

You will report to the Country Manager and play a key role in developing the regional market and strengthening our position in the seed industry.

Main Goal

The main goal of this role is to develop sales and create demand for our seed portfolio at grower level, while achieving commercial targets in the assigned region.

You will lead the regional team, align with distributors and key accounts, and ensure strong execution of sales plans in line with company strategy.

Job description

As Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach and support a team of Sales Representatives
  • Deliver annual and seasonal sales targets in your region
  • Drive demand creation at grower level through distributors
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue and receivables
  • Build strong partnerships with distributors and key account growers
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams on launches and demo trials
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure high-quality customer support and long-term relationships
  • Report on regional performance and provide clear business insights

This role involves frequent travel within the assigned region.

A degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field is preferred.
