Lead and execute HR strategy for India aligned with Group/APAC direction, ensuring end-to-end HR delivery, business performance support, and contribution to leadership strategy.
Job description
Define and implement HR policies and roadmap; ensure compliance with laws and corporate standards; manage full HR operations including payroll, recruitment, C&B, reporting, and HRIS; drive talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness; manage employee relations and legal cases; contribute to leadership team and business strategy; ensure workplace safety and compliance.
