Function

As a key member of the Limagrain Spain Management Committee, you will lead all Operations activities (plant, laboratory, supply-chain and agronomy), overseeing the full cycle from harvest reception to shipment. Your mission: ensure operational excellence, high product quality, and on‑time delivery while fostering a strong safety culture.

Main Goal

What we expect of you

Master’s degree in agriculture/agronomy with at least 10 years of experience, in field seed production and/or in industrial operations and supply chain.

Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to work in a matrix organization

Customer orientation, and results‑driven mindset

Fluent in English & Spanish
