Reporting to the HR Director for the Research Department at Limagrain Field Seeds, you will act as a true strategic partner for a population of 300 employees.
You will play a crucial role as both a strategic and operational advisor, ensuring that HR initiatives and practices align with the organization’s objectives. Your responsibilities will include: supporting our managers in aligning HR strategy with LFS goals, developing talent to meet future challenges, fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment, and adapting our organization to the evolving global market.
Main Goal
In close collaboration with the HR teams of Limagrain Field Seeds Europe, you will be involved in all HR-related matters to support team performance and transformation:
- TALENT MANAGEMENT: From recruitment to career management, you will work to attract and engage employees, with the support of the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Research department.
- HR DEVELOPMENT: You will design and implement initiatives that foster skills development and well-being at work.
- HR PROCESSES: You will manage and execute all HR processes (people review, salary review, training plans, performance bonuses, etc.) as well as HR reporting.
- COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: You will oversee salary reviews and ensure pay equity, working closely with the Comp&Ben team at Limagrain Field Seeds Europe. You will also be responsible for job evaluations and classifications, ensuring compliance with the compensation policy.
- MANAGER SUPPORT & ADVISORY: You will provide guidance to managers in their decision-making and leadership development, as well as in the growth of their team members.
- LEGAL MATTERS: With the support of the Legal team at Limagrain Field Seeds Europe, you will handle legal and disciplinary cases if necessary.
- PROJECTS: You will contribute to cross-functional HR projects, particularly those related to digital transformation and improving the efficiency of our HR function.

What we expect of you
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) and have a minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a similar role within an international company.
You are passionate about human resources and innovation and stand out for your ability to combine strategic vision with operational expertise.
You excel at analyzing situations, identifying key challenges, and making data-driven decisions thanks to your strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
You are recognized for your active listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to build trust with both managers and employees.
You have a solid understanding of legal and social issues and experience as an HR partner in an international context.
You communicate effectively in multicultural environments and are fluent in both English and French (any additional language is a plus).
You have first-hand experience working in a diverse, international setting.

Recruitment process
The recruitment process consists of several key steps:
- Initial Screening – Our Talent Acquisition Manager reviews all applications.
- Shortlisting – The hiring manager conducts a second screening to create the most relevant shortlist.
- Pre-qualification Call – A phone screening may be conducted as an additional step.
- First Interview – An initial interview is scheduled with the hiring manager.
- Second HR Interview – A follow-up interview with HR takes place shortly after.
- Final Feedback & Assessment – Shortlisted candidates receive feedback, and additional assessments (such as language proficiency tests or professional personality evaluations) may be considered.
