Market Vision & Strategic Intelligence
- Develop a strategic understanding of markets, consumers, and the competitive landscape in order to anticipate trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive the economic performance of the innovation portfolio by monitoring revenue generated from new products and services.
- Translate market, consumer, and regulatory insights into strategic recommendations for the business.
- Influence key Executive Committee decisions by providing recognized expertise on markets, consumer trends, and future challenges.
Execution of Corporate Strategy
- Champion the company’s strategic vision by contributing to the definition of short-, medium-, and long-term priorities and ensuring overall consistency across strategic decisions.
- Lead the deployment of the strategy by translating vision into actionable roadmaps, monitoring execution, and influencing critical business decisions.
Innovation Strategy & Portfolio Development
- Define and lead the innovation strategy to support business growth and differentiation.
- Prioritize and oversee the innovation project portfolio, from opportunity identification through implementation.
- Develop forward-looking market intelligence and drive value-creating innovation initiatives in collaboration with R&D and Group experts.
Governance & Strategic Influence
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the company’s overall strategy as a member of the Executive Committee.
- Promote a cross-functional perspective, influence key decisions, and align teams around the company’s strategic priorities.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Inspire, engage, and develop teams by fostering collaboration, collective performance, and employee growth.
- Lead business activities and decision-making by setting priorities, organizing resources, delegating effectively, and ensuring objectives are achieved.

What we expect of you
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Strategy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in corporate strategy, innovation, and transformation within complex business environments.
- Proven ability to translate strategic plans into tangible and sustainable business results.
- Strong influencing skills with a recognized ability to support strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
- Good knowledge of sales performance and market analysis tools (Circana, Nielsen, Kantar).
- Strong interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence; experience implementing AI solutions or use cases would be an advantage.
- Experienced people leader with the ability to unite teams around a clear vision while fostering talent development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Pragmatic, agile, and results-oriented, with a strong strategic mindset, excellent prioritization skills, and outstanding communication abilities in both French and English.
