Job Description: 

Function

Reporting directly to the Group Deputy CEO, you will define and steer Jacquet Brossard's commercial strategy across all channels (supermarkets, private labels, local stores, food service, B2B, export).
You will support the transformation of the business, develop new growth drivers, and lead a large-scale sales organization.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will play a key role in the company's sustainable performance and innovation drive.

Main Goal

 

• Develop and implement the commercial strategy across all networks.
• Oversee commercial activities and key negotiations, as well as strategic customer relations.
• Manage and develop the sales teams (≈130 people).
• Ensure performance: turnover, margins, P&L, market share.
• Identify new growth drivers (channels, innovations, exports).
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and Management Committee decisions.

The missions described above constitute the main responsibilities of the position. They are not exhaustive and may evolve according to the needs of the company.

What we expect of you

 

You hold a Master's degree or equivalent and have at least 15 years of sales experience in the agri-food sector.


You have the following technical and interpersonal skills:
•    Proficiency in central negotiations and multi-network environments.
•    Solid experience in managing managers and large teams.
•    A builder, dynamic and energetic.
•    Strategic and operational vision, motivational leadership.
•    Good interpersonal skills, resilience, ability to make decisions in complex situations.
•    Fluent in French and English.
