Function
Reporting directly to the CEO of Jacquet Brossard and as a member of the Executive Committee, you define and drive Jacquet Brossard's Human Resources strategy. You support the company's transformation, promote team engagement, and ensure a working environment that aligns with the values of the Limagrain Group.
Main Goal
1. HR Strategy & Governance
- Define and drive the HR strategy in line with the guidelines of General Management.
- Translate this strategy into operational roadmaps and measurable objectives.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and the overall transformation of the company.
2. Talent, Skills & Development Management
- Develop and implement recruitment, mobility, skills development, and talent management policies.
- Structure and oversee workforce planning, performance, and managerial development processes.
- Support managers in their HR decisions and in the development of their teams.
3. Employee Relations
- Manage relationships with employee representative bodies and lead mandatory and strategic negotiations.
- Handle sensitive individual situations (disciplinary, litigation, mediation).
- Ensure a constructive social climate and contribute to the quality of social dialogue.
4. HR Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Supervise payroll and personnel administration in compliance with regulations.
- Build, monitor, and optimize the HR budget, including payroll management.
- Oversee the implementation of HR processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure HR reporting and guarantee legal and internal compliance.
5. Transformation & Change Management
- Lead or support cross-functional organizational change projects.
- Develop leadership approaches and promote the evolution of company culture.
- Support teams in structural, managerial, or social transformations.
What we expect of you
• Holder of an advanced degree in Human Resources or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in generalist HR roles, including at least 5 years in HR management.
• Recognized expertise in labor relations, employment law, and handling sensitive situations.
• Leadership, emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with an HRIS, and fluent in English.
