Job Description: 

Main Goal

We are looking for a Seed Processing Department Manager to lead the Seed Processing department, including disinfection, cleaning, and upgrading treatment activities. Ensure smooth daily operations, optimize resources, maintain operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement. Deliver products on time and according to quality standards, supporting overall plant objectives.

Job description

  • Oversee daily operations, work planning, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff, ensuring safe and quality-compliant execution.
  • Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and collaborate with Maintenance to resolve issues.
  • Supervise wastewater treatment and ensure environmental compliance.
  • Drive operational excellence, implement new processes, tools, and equipment, and lead improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Customer Service, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, report progress, and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as a member of the Plant Management Team to achieve plant-wide goals.

What we expect of you

  • BSc in Agronomy or Life Sciences – mandatory.
  • Experience as Production/Operations Manager in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of processing operations, quality control, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementing new tools or methods.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented, and action-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership and accountability. team player with cross-functional influence.
