Role overview
We, at Hazera Seeds, are looking for a Planner for our seeds processing plant in Made, The Netherlands.
In this role you will be responsible for creating and modifying processing schedules. You will establish routes and schedules for the work that will ensure the optimum utilization of materials, workers and machines. The plant will be operating according to these plans and our colleague will be someone who loves to take on responsibility.
Main Goal
· Plan and prioritize production workflow to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
· Plan materials and capacity, along with operations scheduling.
· Oversee the production process, ensuring that the production team can meet its production targets and is operating according to schedule.
· Closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time.
· Share best practices with your stakeholders
What we expect of you
· MBO-4/HBO preferred from one of the following fields: supply chain, planning and/or logistics.
· 0-2 years’ experience in planning.
· Excellent communication abilities good interpersonal skills, able to interact between different interfaces experience with initiating and integrating new, tools, methods and procedures.
· Experience in ERP system and Office applications (especially excel)
· Fluent in English (Dutch would be a very nice plus)
