*2+ years of experience in a Legal Department or in a law firm practicing business, commercial and corporate laws.
*Experience as an attorney with diverse international activity would be a significant advantage.
*Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
*Having a broad perspective and being able to manage complex cases and situations.
*Proactive, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
*Experience in contract management and legal compliance (able to draft and review contracts/legal documents in English – compulsory)
*Proficiency in Dutch and English language.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*This position requires business travels (about 3 trips abroad/year)

Recruitment process
Ons wervingsproces bestaat uit twee gesprekken.
