Role overview

In the International Customer Service Specialist role, you will be a part of a small but dedicated Export Customer Service Team, together with 4 other representatives and 1 coordinator. You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager. If you enjoy working in an international environment on a commercial and sustainable mission and at the same time you enjoy offering our customers optimal service, then you are the colleague we are looking for.

 

Our Customer Service department sits at the heart of the organization. As a key player in our daily operations, you’ll be the link connecting Sales, Planning, Processing, Finance, Marketing, and Quality. Together, we strive to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers—every single time.In this role, you and your team ensure that our vegetable seeds reach customers on time, in perfect condition, fully compliant with regulations, and in the most efficient way possible. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and you’ll play a major part in achieving it.You’ll work with a range of systems, including our ERP, BI tools, MS Office, CRM, and specialized transport and phytosanitary software to keep our processes running smoothly.

Candidate profile

We’re looking for someone who combines the right mindset with the right skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

 

  • Minimum HBO level education or MBO lever 4 (specialist)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international commercial organization.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of export and customs documentation, including phytosanitary regulations, certificates of origin, and Incoterms
