As Executive Assistant to Leadership team members, you will be trusted to create structure, connect people and ensure important actions are followed through with professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities
Executive support
- Own executive calendars, appointments and priorities with confidence.
- Set up meetings for success by preparing agendas, materials and follow-up actions.
- Create clear presentations, reports, correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Support leadership meetings, management reviews and key business discussions.
- Keep actions, deadlines and follow-ups on track.
- Be a trusted and welcoming contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Organisation & coordination
- Bring structure to complex schedules and shifting priorities.
- Arrange smooth travel, accommodation and itineraries.
- Coordinate events, visits and meetings with senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and business priorities when needed.
- Spot conflicts, risks and actions early so the team can stay ahead.
Communication & stakeholder management
- Build positive relationships across teams, leadership and external partners.
- Handle sensitive information with trust, care and discretion.
- Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of executives when required.
- Help information flow smoothly between executives and teams.
Administrative & business support
- Prepare and maintain documents, presentations and meeting materials.
- Support expenses and other executive processes.
- Keep records accurate, organized and accessible.
- Improve administrative processes and ways of working.
Candidate profile
- Several years of experience as an Executive, Personal or Team Assistant supporting senior leaders in an international environment.
- Any college or Bachelor’s degree will be a plus
- A proactive, structured and solution-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and priorities and ability to adapt
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
- The ability to anticipate needs, take ownership and work independently.
- High integrity, confidentiality and sound judgement.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic setting.
- Keeping composure under pressure.
- Excellent English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Recruitment process
Our recruitment process consists of two interviews (we may deviate from this process in particular cases, in which you will be informed in advance.)
The first interview focuses on understanding the candidate’s background, experience, and motivation for the role, as well as assessing overall fit.
The second interview is more in-depth and explores role-specific skills, competencies, and alignment with the team and company culture. A final decision is made following this stage.
