In this role, you will closely collaborate with both internal and external partners, such as: Commercial, Product Managers, Chain management – Fresh Produce, R&D, Customer Service, HR, Processing. Customers, Growers, Distributors, Suppliers (designing agencies, printing agencies, etc.), Digital services, Press, Limagrain & Sister companies, Competition, Institutional, visitors.
Job description
Your mission:
- Providing marcom expertise and support to our subsidiaries and other internal partners, applying market driven approach and solutions orientation.
- Creating a bridge between corporate organization and regional markets.
- Creating a marcom strategy in assigned domains and implementing it on corporate and regional level.
- Strengthening the brand visibility and awareness on global and local level.
Candidate profile
- A background in marketing and communication, events management or another suitable education or work experience
- At least three years marketing experience as a specialist/ manager, experience within a seeds company, agriculture or food is a plus
- You are energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn. You have an open-minded approach to things and dare to think out of the box
- You enjoy collaboration, are positive and service minded. You also enjoy helping others to reach their goals
- Excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English (Dutch native level is required for this role)
- Experience with time management and able to prioritize your own workload
