Job Title:  Commercial Operations Specialist
Job Location:  Buenos Aires
Contract type:  Permanent
Job Description:

Main Goal

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Operations Specialist to support our LATAM commercial activities and ensure efficient order management and customer service across the region. This role is critical to strengthening communication and execution between global and local teams, acting as a bridge between Customer Service and Supply Chain teams in Israel and The Netherlands, and local distributors and importers across LATAM.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in customer service, sales operations, or supply chain is essential. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify risks, and follow up on orders end-to-end, ensuring visibility and alignment across stakeholders.

We are looking for a hands-on, solution-oriented professional who thrives in an international and multicultural environment. Strong communication and coordination skills are critical, as the role requires daily interaction with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) and external partners (dealers/importers). The position will report to the LATAM Commercial Manager and play a key role in improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance in the region.

At Hazera, and our parent company Limagrain, we pride ourselves on being a farmers' corporation owned by farmers, maintaining a strong seeds company culture rather than a corporate environment. We value boldness, progress, perseverance, and cooperation, and we are looking for someone who embodies these qualities and is passionate about contributing to the progress of food and building a sustainable future.

Job description

• Provide proactive follow-up on order status, including availability, allocation, shipment timelines, and delivery risks.
• Identify potential issues (delays, stock shortages, credit holds, missing allocations) and escalate appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact for LATAM distributors and importers regarding operational and order-related topics.

•Main focal point for Customer Service teams based in Israel and The Netherlands in all topics related to order management in LATAM.

• Manage and maintain structured reporting on order pipelines, delivery status, and operational risks.

• Develop and follow up on regional KPIs to enhance order management and forecast accuracy.

• Follow up on customer’s inventories and sell out. Serve as liaison between global Marcom and distributors. Follow up on Marcom plans, materials and budget.

• Support preparation of operational summaries and inputs for commercial reviews and Monthly Business Reviews.

What we expect of you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, supply chain, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across multicultural and international teams.
• Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to balance commercial priorities and operational constraints.
• Experience working with BI systems and operational tools; strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to occasionally travel within the region to visit customers.
