The Supply Chain Finance Business Partner serves as the strategic financial partner to the Global Supply Chain, providing essential financial support across the Global Supply Chain and delivering insights that enhance cost performance and support strategic planning and decision-making. Job description
- Oversee financial support for the global, Supply Chain organization (200+ employees) while partnering closely with the Supply chain management team to deliver actionable financial insights that enhance cost performance and ensure accurate analysis and reporting.
- Directly manage a team of two controllers (based in IL and NL), ensuring high-quality deliverables, professional growth, and well-coordinated day-to-day execution
- Own inventory-related financial processes, including costing, stock valuation, reconciliation, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational execution.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and cost models, including unit costs and inventory valuation.
- Monitor CAPEX and OPEX projects, track expenditures, milestones, and provide timely updates to operational teams.
- Perform variance analysis, margin tracking, and KPI reporting to support daily decision-making.
- Development of structured financial processes and broader analytical frameworks that enhance visibility into performance, strengthen decision-making, and connect financial outcomes with strategic goals
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial data and reliability.
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst
- At least 5 years of international experience within a complex industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory processes, including costing, valuation, and stock accuracy
- Hands-on experience in leading employees and managing team operations, with the ability to motivate and influence others
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Works independently, proactively, and demonstrates strong initiative; team player with a hands-on mentality
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
